Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign chassis, replace parts and glass, and paint as needed while aiming for speed, quality and customer excellence. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or technical training accepted.
• Successful completion of a technical program OR 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass as needed.
• Weld, fit, and prepare vehicles; ensure work meets time guidelines.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety.
