Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and speed. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles while maintaining high quality and customer excellence.

You’ll plan repairs, prepare estimates, use tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, and jacks, and work closely with teammates to meet KPIs. Great benefits and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Completion of technical school or apprenticeship beneficial.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, and replace or repair parts as needed.
• Replace or repair glass, interiors, and paint as required.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
