Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality vehicle repair, restoring pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align frames, and ensure work meets KPIs and brand standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of methods to repair vehicle bodies.
• Ability to operate tools required for the trade.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and repaint vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frames, ensure quality and speed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair and ensure adherence to KPIs.
