Identify and engage potential clients to understand their unique coverage needs.
Analyze current risk profiles and present tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.
Manage a growing book of business by proactively reaching out for annual reviews and coverage adjustments.
Maintain high standards of data integrity within our digital filing systems for every policy processed.
Collaborate with our underwriters to negotiate terms that benefit our clients while protecting company interests.
Participate in local community events to represent our brand and build meaningful connections with neighbors.
Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.
Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and quoting software.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and clear explanation.
Familiarity with the Warrenton local market and surrounding communities.
Background in building and maintaining client referral networks.
