Conduct thorough reviews of client coverage needs to ensure they have the protection they actually require.
Proactively reach out to new prospects to introduce them to the comprehensive coverage options we provide.
Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals that help families and businesses feel secure.
Maintain an organized and active pipeline of potential leads through community engagement and networking.
Follow up with existing clients to offer support and ensure their insurance plans evolve as their life changes.
Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure accurate documentation and policy processing.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
Strong comfort level with consultative selling techniques.
Ability to clearly explain complex insurance coverage to individuals and families.
Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales pipeline and client records.
Excellent time management skills and a focus on hitting goals independently.
Familiarity with the Washington, PA area and community.
