Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their coverage needs and identify gaps in their current protection.
Draft and present personalized insurance proposals that focus on long‑term value rather than just the lowest price.
Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients through consistent, helpful follow‑up and relationship building.
Maintain accurate client files and update policy details with precision and care.
Act as a friendly, reliable face for our agency within the Gloucester community, attending local events to build trust.
Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy change or claim inquiry is handled with urgency.
Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and email correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in clear, simple language.
Residency in or near Gloucester, Virginia, with reliable local transportation.
Familiarity with local community organizations or previous involvement in regional networking events.
