Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a senior relationship manager to partner with elite advisors, protect sensitive data, and drive organic growth across the retirement services book of business. You will meet with C-level executives, communicate platform updates, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value and retention.

The role emphasizes analytics, stakeholder management, and collaboration to strengthen client partnerships while navigating complex regulatory and financial considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in retirement services or related financial services environment.
• Experience managing direct client relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with sharp time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for elite advisors and manage book of business.
• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling of information.
• Foster growth by delivering consultative solutions to retain and expand clients.
• Meet with C-Level executives to develop education and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the Ascensus client experience.
• Lead or participate in projects creating additional value for relationships.
• Travel as required to client sites or meetings.
