Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement services industry.
• Direct client relationships within a financial services environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Project management skills.
• Understanding of investments used in retirement programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage elite advisor relationships and ensure a high-quality service experience.
• Educate and communicate with C-Level executives and advisors on platform rollouts and enhancements.
• Identify and execute cross-sell revenue opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Review and optimize the client book of business to promote retention and organic growth.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to advocate for advisors and clients.
• Deliver customized reporting for plan performance and other reporting needs.
• Lead initiatives to create additional value for existing relationships.
