Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering retirement savings. This role focuses on managing elite advisor and elite TPA relationships, driving organic growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver value-added analyses and tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retirement services, with 7+ years preferred, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication, problem solving, and travel readiness are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement services.
• 7+ years of experience in retirement services, preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including group presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage elite advisor and elite TPAs relationships and ensure strong service experience.
• Develop education and communication strategies with employer executives.
• Provide training on platform rollouts and enhancements.
• Identify cross-sell revenue opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead pricing reviews to evaluate profitability and retain at-risk clients.
