Job summary

Family and Children Services, Division of is seeking an Eligibility Specialist Supervisor - Statewide Renewal Team to lead a unit responsible for determining program eligibility for seniors and coordinating SNAP and Adult Medicaid benefits. The role focuses on staff supervision, policy interpretation, and quality monitoring.

The supervisor will ensure timely and accurate service delivery, maintain compliance, and foster a collaborative environment with other agencies, while guiding staff

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and four (4) years of customer contact/interaction experience, plus one (1) year in a lead/supervisory role, or one (1) year in the lower level Eligibility Specialist 3.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and support to assigned team/unit of Eligibility Specialists.
• Analyzes and assesses the effectiveness of services to ensure identified outcomes are achieved.
• Ensures compliance with policies, proper documentation, and reporting.
