Job summary

Oklahoma Department Of Human Services is seeking a Customer Service Eligibility Specialist to process electronic applications and renewals for Adult and Family Services programs. The position allows for telework after an initial in-office training period of 120 days, with travel and in-office attendance as required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience performing administrative support, recordkeeping, customer service, or client service functions in various environments.
• Bachelor's degree or an associate's degree plus relevant experience as described for Level II.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, processing electronic applications and renewals for AFS programs (SNAP, Child Care, Medical).
• Interpret and apply policy and procedures, document casework, and perform complex tasks.
• Provide first contact resolution for clients via phone and online platforms.
