Job summary

Qualifications

• Level I requires 2 years of admin support, recordkeeping or customer service in relevant environments.
• Level I may substitute 30 semester hours of college per year of experience.
• Level II requires a bachelor's degree.
• Level II may substitute one year of professional experience for each year of college degree.
• Level II may substitute two years as a Family Services Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to Adult and Family Services clients.
• Interview, process electronic applications and renewals for all AFS programs.
• Interpret and apply policy and procedures; document casework; perform complex tasks.
