Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 4 years of customer contact experience with 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Preferred: 2+ years as Eligibility Specialist 2/3 and Gateway Eligibility System training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and plans for a team of Eligibility Specialists.
• Assess service effectiveness and ensure outcome measures are met.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation.
• Foster a cooperative, team-oriented environment across units and with providers.
• Mentor staff and oversee performance and development.
• Lead and administer a customer support and public assistance system.
