The State of Georgia is seeking an Eligibility Associate for District 5 within the Department of Human Services. You will perform office duties, assist clients and partners, handle inquiries, and process eligibility applications with confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and six months of related customer contact experience.
• Experience in customer contact/interaction.
• Two years of clerical experience involving customer contact is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office management duties: keyboarding, filing, correspondence management.
• Provides or coordinates services to clients, families and partners who call or visit the local office.
• Receives and routes telephone communications for the county office.
• Provides follow-up and/or customer service to resolve issues.
• Screens and registers applications for OFI Eligibility programs.
