Responsibilities

• Performs general office management duties including filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
• Provides or coordinates services to clients and families that contact the local office.
• Resolves issues through follow-up and customer service.
• Receives and routes telephone communications as required.
• Screens and registers applications for OFI Eligibility programs.
• Uses electronic applications and eligibility systems to process cases.
• Maintains confidential records and uses standard office software.
