Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day tasks of the Eligibility Services department.
• Maintain knowledge of department policies and government benefit programs.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with Case Management, Patient Access, Financial Counseling, and Physician offices.
