Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Eligibility Consultant to handle complex enrollment and eligibility issues on the Eligibility team. This senior individual contributor role emphasizes accurate, timely processing, mentoring newer colleagues, and partnering with clients and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will balance multiple workflows, investigate discrepancies, and design improvements to drive efficiency while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in eligibility processing.
• Professional email communication with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and shifting priorities.
• Experience supporting internal reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Proven ability to meet turnaround times with accuracy and quality.
• Experience coaching or onboarding others in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Process policy and eligibility data accurately and on time using administration systems.
• Resolve complex eligibility and enrollment issues by investigating discrepancies and root causes.
• Coordinate information with internal teams, clients and vendors to drive outcomes.
• Anticipate issues and take early action to prevent rework or delays.
• Contribute to process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Support reporting and data discrepancy work and document trade-offs.
• Design and deliver transition support for new colleagues moving to production.
• Coach and mentor junior team members through side-by-side support.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining quality.
• Contribute as a strong team player while able to work independently.
