Responsibilities

• Determine/reevaluate eligibility for TANF, SNAP, Medical Assistance, Energy Assistance, and other programs.
• Conduct interviews, collect information, verify data, and assess ongoing eligibility.
• Explain available benefit programs to clients and provide referrals as needed.
• Support emergency shelter services during disasters or emergencies.
