Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Sixty semester or ninety quarter hours from an accredited college preferred.
• Experience in interviewing clients and gathering personal information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and recipients to obtain financial information for eligibility.
• Evaluate data and enter information into eligibility systems.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility and regulations.
• Process work per state/federal regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
