Responsibilities include field presence, profitability reviews, bid support, and adherence to elevator industry codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or substantial management experience; or two years' branch management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Thorough knowledge of elevator industry and general management methods.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and variables.

Responsibilities

• Supervise superintendents and employees; provide direction and training.
• Administer safety program; perform weekly safety audits.
• Visit job sites; conduct quality audits for cost-effective repairs.
• Review routing and profitability using accounting reports and Map Point.
• Provide technical input on bids; calculate labor and material costs.
• Lead field interactions with technicians and customers to address needs.
• Maintain knowledge of elevator codes and company products.
