Job summary

TK Elevator is hiring an Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The role supports all administrative duties for the service operations department to keep the team efficient and cost-effective. Responsibilities include dispatch coordination, status updates to customers, payroll entry, and invoicing support.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with some elevator repair admin experience and familiarity with Oracle databases to manage data and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1-year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience in basic business administration.
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge is a plus for handling service data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative duties for the service operations to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Updates on-call lists and dispatch notifications; coordinates with technicians and supervisors.
• Provides status updates to National Accounts and customers on open work orders and callbacks.
• Maintains documentation and supports safety meetings; assists with payroll entry and invoicing processes.
• Creates parts requisitions and reviews invoices; supports regional accounts as needed.
