TK Elevator in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Operations Manager- Service/Repair to lead field operations, supervise superintendents, and drive safety and profitability. You will oversee site visits, audits, budgeting, and collaboration with sales to define scope and costs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of elevator industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent management experience)
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR
• Thorough knowledge of elevator industry and management methods
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and variables

Responsibilities

• Supervises superintendents and employees and handles hiring and performance management
• Administers company safety program with weekly safety audits
• Visits job sites and conducts quality audits, working with technicians and customers
• Reviews route management and profitability using accounting reports and Map Point
• Provides technical input to sales on scope and bid costs
• Maintains knowledge of elevator codes and company products
• Works with branches and sales managers to address customer needs
