Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The role handles administrative duties for the service operations department, supports payroll, invoicing, and dispatch coordination, and acts as a liaison between branch and regional teams.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for prior elevator repair admin experience and Oracle database knowledge. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent training/experience.
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all administrative duties for the service operations department to ensure efficient, cost-effective function.
• Updates on-call lists and notifies Dispatch daily; tracks technicians and communicates schedules.
• Provides status to National Accounts and customers on open work orders and completed callbacks.
• Acts as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch; maintain shared dispatch calendars.
• Tracks operations systems and conducts tool audits; processes payroll entries and DVR processing.
• Creates parts requisitions; reviews weekly reports and submits to regional billers.
• Prepares badging applications and tracks uniforms; supports high-profile customer reporting.
• Reviews Work in Progress and invoice on-hold reports to assist regional procurement and billing.
• Opens and distributes mail and faxes; codes local AP invoices and forwards to Oracle.
• Manages vehicles and submits lease change forms as needed.

Education

High school diploma or GED (general education degree); or one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration
