Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair in Anchorage, AK to grow service and repair business. You will manage service accounts, build customer relationships, and coordinate with operations to meet customer deadlines.

The role focuses on developing capital plans, preparing proposals, and renewing contracts while leveraging CRM for pipeline management and ensuring timely payments.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas using company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers to build ongoing relationships.
• Develops capital plans addressing short- and long-term building needs.
• Prepares repair proposals by estimating labor and costs with estimating software.
• Prepares service contract bids and reviews blueprints as needed.
• Monitors contract status and ensures customer satisfaction; resolves issues.
• Coordinates with operations to meet deadlines and facilitate change orders.
• Uses CRM to update sales pipeline and assists in A/R collection.
