Job summary

TK Elevator in Anchorage, AK seeks an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service contracts and repairs while building strong relationships with customers. You will work with Tier 1–3 clients, coordinate with operations, and leverage CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes meeting revenue goals, renewal conversations, and cross-functional collaboration with the service and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting customers within territory to build relationships.
• Develops capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using estimating software.
• Prepares service contract bids and coordinates with operations for input.
