Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair in Phoenix, AZ to secure and maintain service accounts and repair work while developing strong relationships with customers to meet annual revenue goals.

You will manage relationships with Tier 1–3 customers, develop capital plans for buildings, and prepare bids and proposals with operations input. Strong knowledge of elevator products and local codes is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts within territory to build ongoing relationships.
• Develops capital plans addressing short- and long-term building needs.
• Reviews blueprints and surveys equipment for proposals and approvals.
• Prepares service contract bids and coordinates with operations for input.
• Monitors contract status and ensures customer satisfaction.
