Job summary

TK Elevator in Oakland, CA seeks an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service accounts and repair work while building strong customer relationships to meet annual revenue goals.

You will manage Tier 1–3 customers, prepare repair proposals, bids, and service contracts, and collaborate with operations to ensure on-time delivery. Experience in elevator services and CRM usage is essential, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience in elevator or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals by developing service and repair growth strategies.
• Manage service accounts across Tier 1–3 customers within territory.
• Prepare repair proposals, contract bids, and change orders.
• Coordinate with operations to meet customer deadlines and ensure satisfaction.
