Job summary

W3Global Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Representative to nurture existing elevator maintenance clients and drive new business across South Florida.

You will manage relationships with property managers and engineers, conduct site visits, present proposals, and work with operations to meet client expectations while achieving sales targets. The role blends account management and business development, requiring strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Experience in elevator sales, account management, or business development.
• Familiarity with elevator maintenance contracts, repair proposals, and modernization projects.
• Existing relationships within South Florida property management or commercial real estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable conducting in-person meetings, site visits, and customer presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Conduct regular customer visits to review elevator performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry relationships.
• Prepare and present proposals for elevator repairs, upgrades, and maintenance agreements.
• Follow up on quotations and secure approvals.
• Coordinate with operations, service managers, and field technicians to meet expectations.
• Track sales activity and proposal status in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events to expand market presence and generate leads.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals while maintaining relationships.
