The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent branch-management experience, strong reporting abilities, and the capacity to present findings to management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience managing a branch department or similar role.
• Strong report writing and business correspondence skills.
• Ability to present information clearly to management and customers.
• General understanding of construction/maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Visits job sites and conducts quality audits to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Performs NIM audits within 15 days of turnovers to identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Assists mechanics, troubleshoots, and provides on-the-job training.
• Reviews route profitability with accounting reports and reports to management.
• Participates in safety training and maintains OSHA-like awareness.
• Provides technical input to sales on scope and materials for repairs including labor/material costs.
• Gives feedback to service manager before evaluations.
• Keeps up-to-date with elevator codes at federal, state, and local levels.
• Keeps knowledge of company products through trainings and updates with regional trainers.
• Determines materials needed for repairs and orders parts.
