Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent-Repair in Denver, CO to lead and optimize repair operations for cost effectiveness. You will supervise mechanics and apprentices, review schedules, and drive safety excellence across the branch.

The role requires knowledge of construction/engineering management, ability to write proposals, present information to management, and interpret complex instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form

Responsibilities

• Ensures branch daily repair operations run efficiently and cost-effectively
• Fosters a culture of safety and conducts safety audits
• Participates in weekly repair backlog meetings to update schedules
• Supervises repair mechanics and apprentices and conducts site audits
• Uses system reports to monitor repair status, efficiencies and completion
• Reviews repair billable and non-billable reports weekly
• Maintains knowledge of market area including backlog, service and repair volume
• Maintains familiarity with TK Elevator products through training and updates
• Complies with federal, state and local elevator industry code requirements
• Assists accounts receivable with collection information
