The role requires 5+ years in technical leadership or elevator industry, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong problem-solving plus communication skills. On-call availability and regional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership or elevator industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills with leadership experience.

• On-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a safe, high-performing field team and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily project schedules, site readiness, material orders, and payroll accuracy.
• Support bids, project meetings, and issue resolution with sales and PM teams.
• Serve as liaison among field crews, contractors, customers, and internal groups.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
