Job summary

MEI: Total Elevator Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a Product Support Representative to provide front-line technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot elevator systems, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

You will work with AutoCAD/Inventor knowledge, read engineering drawings, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues quickly, on first call where possible. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in elevator industry or similar
• Technical/Community College education is a plus (not required)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Inventor is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for customers
• Supporting client specific elevator technical support while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Resolve technical problems, within a fast paced, customer facing environment
• Supporting customer needs related to complete elevator systems including troubleshooting, triage, and replacement parts
• Develop and demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve customer issues
• Resolve customer issues on the first call as frequently as possible
• Open and manage callback cases for user issues
• Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers always
• Demonstrate a positive attitude.
