Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Agent in Sacramento, CA to assist customers with EC control systems and elevator components. You will diagnose issues, guide customers through resolutions, and provide technical training as needed.

The role requires an AA or technical degree in electronics, 3–5 years of customer-support experience in elevator systems, and strong English communication. Spanish is a plus. This is an in-person position with occasional travel.

Qualifications

AA or Technical Degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of hands-on technical work in a customer support environment, preferably related to elevator systems.
Spanish speaking preferred; must have strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to resolve technical problems with EC control systems across delivery, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
Explain technical information clearly via telephone or email to customers.
Document issues and steps taken to resolve them and monitor call queues with urgency.
Provide technical training and presentations as needed, onsite or at customer locations.
Occasional after-hours on-call and travel to customer sites as required.
