Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Admin to join the Elevator Controls team in Sacramento. You will support customers, coordinate technical documentation, and help ensure reliability across operations.

Responsibilities include processing parts orders, RMAs, and coordinating with Purchasing and vendors to resolve issues, while maintaining high customer service levels. The role requires 2+ years in customer service or technical support and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or higher preferred.
• Hands-on experience in a customer support environment preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; strong verbal and written communication required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with parts sales inquiries, quotations, order processing, and status updates.
• Process orders and prepare confirmations, shipment docs, tracking, and tickets.
• Administer RMAs for warranty replacements, repairs, and returns with accurate documentation.
• Investigate returns, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate required information with customers.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and vendors to resolve issues and support order fulfillment.
• Document and support Technical Support team processes and training initiatives.
