Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Modernization Sales Specialist for our Dallas, TX team. This role focuses on identifying modernization opportunities, coordinating with Account Managers, and managing proposals from site visits through contract completion.

Ideal candidates have strong elevator industry knowledge, proven modernization sales experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5+ years of elevator industry experience with 2+ years in modernization sales.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue elevator modernization sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify equipment modernization opportunities and develop leads into customer proposals.
• Manage RFPs, bid opportunities, proposal development, presentations, follow-up, and customer negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vertical transportation consultants.
• Visit job sites to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate modernization solutions.
• Coordinate with field and operational teams throughout the modernization sales and planning process.
