Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and high-quality service with travel within the territory and strong leadership skills. A high school diploma is required; a BA/BS is preferred, along with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience (at least 7 years).
• Experience leading a team of technicians is required.
• Elevator industry experience is desirable but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole on-site Supervisor for our New Hampshire office.
• Ensure field employee safety and quality of service in your territory.
• Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and company standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower and materials.
• Conduct field education and training for the workforce.
