The role includes contract administration, billing oversight, and collaboration with sales, superintendents, and leadership to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience desired.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for developing relationships with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination of activities on multiple modernization installation projects.
• Ensure project execution on schedule and within budget while meeting safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate contract activities from award to completion and review progress with stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Manage billing, payments to consultants and contractors, RFIs, and change orders to optimize cash flow.
• Accurately interpret construction documents and modifications for cost implications.
• Assist in developing contingencies for estimates and project risk.
