Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industry or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing tradespeople.
• Flexibility to be on-call as needed.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior Project Management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field technicians across multiple modernization projects.
• Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, safety standards.
• Coordinate project scheduling, material procurement and logistics.
• Track progress and labor allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management and service teams.
• Manage project documentation including invoicing and changes.
• Maintain relationships with union representatives and staffing needs.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
