Schindler is seeking a Field Superintendent of Modernization (MOD) to oversee elevator modernization projects and lead field technicians. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality while managing procurement, budgeting, and staffing.

This role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client and union relationships. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical leadership or elevator industry exposure, a bachelor’s degree, and demonstrated project

Qualificações

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management.
• Flexibility to be on-call and lead multi-project efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee elevator modernization projects and field technicians.
• Manage scheduling, procurement, and field logistics.
• Track progress, budget, and safety adherence.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, PM, and service teams.
• Handle invoicing, change orders, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain relationships with union representatives and staffing needs.
