Job summary

Otis Elevator is seeking a passionate leader to join our Traverse City, MI team. You will manage day-to-day maintenance operations, train field staff, and drive quality and safety across the territory.

Responsibilities include planning service activities, allocating resources, and guiding technicians to meet customer needs. Travel within the territory is required; strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to manage field staff.
• Experience leading a team of technicians and coordinating service work.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Strong computer skills and tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and training of field staff.
• Recruit, select, and develop technicians in the Michigan/Traverse City territory.
• Plan service activities to meet customer needs and company standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently and track field performance.
• Provide field education and training to staff.
• Improve efficiency, scheduling, and incident response.
• Authorize repair orders and monitor completion.
• Lead change toward better efficiency and communication.
