Job summary

Soho House in Los Angeles is seeking a Server to deliver elevated dining experiences, educate members on menu items and allergies, and uphold Soho House Service Standards. You will enter orders accurately in the POS and collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar setting, a hospitable attitude, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. Training and ongoing development are provided to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused
• Able to follow training and Club School expectations
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
• Works well in a team and can take direction
• Proficient with tips/till/PoS as required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate the dining experience with food and beverage recommendations and specials.
• Communicate allergy information and alerts to prevent risks.
• Complete checkout reports with management sign-off.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper plating and course timing for served items.
• Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Keep server alley and bar area clean and stocked.
