Cecconis Server at Soho Beach House Miami is responsible for understanding and educating members and guests on the menu, allergies, and service standards, while delivering an elevated dining experience. The Server collaborates with FOH/BOH teams and uses the POS system to place accurate orders, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar server role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and handles pressure calmly.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Able to follow training and Club School guidelines.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team and autonomously.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate dining experience with menu knowledge and pairings to drive sales.
• Note allergies and red flags and communicate with management.
• Complete checkout reports with sign-off and sign by management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company standards.
• Ensure correct plating and service of orders.
• Assist runners and bussers with tickets and orders.
• Clean and stock server area, polish silverware.
• Know the menu and make informed recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
