Soho Beach House Miami is seeking a Seasonal Club Restaurant Server to deliver elevated service and hospitality. You’ll educate guests on menu items, manage allergies, and collaborate with FOH/BOH teams while entering orders into the POS and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in a similar setting, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and stay calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management while completing trained processes.
• Elevate dining experience with knowledgeable menu guidance and specials discussions.
• Communicate allergies and potential red flags to mitigate risk.
• Complete checkout reports with management approval.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies and standards; comply with laws.
• Ensure orders are plated and presented correctly before serving to members/guests.
• Assist runners and bussers to support all table orders.
• Keep server alley and bar area clean and stocked; polish silverware/glassware.
• Know the menu to confidently suggest items to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
