Soho House & Co. invites applications for Beach Server (Seasonal) at Soho Beach House Miami. You will educate members and guests on menu items and allergies, deliver an elevated service, and enter orders into the POS while supporting FOH and BOH teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar capacity, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and a hospitality-focused, guest-first attitude. Flexible weekend and holiday availability is expected, and training under Club School will

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
• Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
• Tips certified and POS knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management
• Positively influence members and guests experience by elevating the dining experience
• Maintain communication and advise Management on allergies or red flags
• Complete all check out reports at end of shift and have them signed
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company policies
• Ensure food orders are plated and served correctly
• Assist runners and bussers to support all table orders
• Clean and stock server alley and bar area; polish silverware
• Knowledge of the menu to make suggestions
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
