Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Server to educate members and guests on the menu, allergies, and service standards while delivering an elevated dining experience. You will enter orders into the POS, collaborate with FOH and BOH, and support special requests with a positive, detail‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with colleagues, promoting menu items, noting allergies for the kitchen, completing shift reports, and adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with coworkers and management and complete checklists.
• Elevate the dining experience with menu guidance and specials to drive sales.
• Communicate allergies or red flags to management and chef to mitigate risk.
• Complete end-of-shift checkout reports and obtain management sign-off.
• Adhere to health, safety, and all company policies and laws.
• Ensure accurate plating and timely service to members/guests.
• Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Keep server alley and bar area clean and stocked, polish wares.
• Know the menu well and make informed suggestions to guests.
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor/manager.
