Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise, and support opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth store performance.

You will lead and train Store Associates, maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked sales floor, and uphold company policies while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to physically perform duties (lift up to 55 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Support customers with questions and concerns.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to floor.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
