Job summary

The Mark Atlanta is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to drive leasing targets, market the community, and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will generate leads, schedule and conduct tours, manage data in the property management software, and support retention and events at the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sales and marketing experience.
• Minimum 1 year residential leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand housing contracts and explain terms to prospects and residents.
• Generate new leads, schedule tours, and close leases per guidelines.
• Enter data into the property management software and track leasing metrics.
• Support social media promotion and on/off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with unit assignments, turnovers, and resident communications.
• Maintain logs of activity and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
