Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a full-time Special Education Teacher to support 2nd and 3rd grade learners in a K-8 setting. You will manage a small caseload, deliver individualized instruction, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure inclusive practices and progress toward IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction to a small caseload of 4 students with effective needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and faculty to support inclusive practices.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress toward IEP goals.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies based on each student's strengths and growth areas.
• Engage with families to foster strong school-home partnerships.
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Participate in professional development sessions as required.
