Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction tailored to individual student needs in an elementary therapeutic setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Utilize proactive behavior management strategies and crisis intervention as needed.
• Work with counselors, service providers, and families to ensure holistic student support.
• Document student progress and communicate regularly with families and staff.
• Maintain a safe, structured classroom where students can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
