Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Special Education Teacher to support elementary students across self-contained grades K-2 and 3-5 for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite contract offers an immediate start and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students’ learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Hold or be eligible for South Carolina Special Education Teacher Certification: Multi-categorical (PK-Grade 12).
• Experience with IEP development and goals.
• Commitment to full school day and school year calendar; in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each student's needs.
• Maintain records of student progress and provide updates to parents and staff.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment encouraging growth and independence.
• Participate in meetings, PD, and team planning sessions.
